Let it be known at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Holiday Lake Rural Improvement Zone to be held on September 4, 2019 @ 6:30pm at the Holiday Lake Community Center on Lakeshore Drive. The Trustees intend to approve and enter into a Three-year line of credit agreement of up to $600,000.00 with First State Bank of Lynnville for the purpose of financing of Rural Improvement Zone projects for erosion controls, siltation mitigation and water quality. This meeting in scheduled after the Organization meeting.

PURPOSE


The Holiday Lake Rural Improvement Zone was established in 2010 for the purpose of improving the water quality and run off areas around Holiday Lake. Improvements include erosion control, dredging, water quality activities, land acquisition, and soil conservation measures - all which improve the water quality within the lake area. The Rural Improvement Zone will continue for at least 20 years and is funded by tax revenue.

Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 P.M. in the Holiday Lake Community Center and are open to the public. (see Meeting Dates on the right)
